Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within The United States. All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to the COVID-19 there might be some delays in shipping time. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver orders as soon as possible. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 to 10 business days after receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. All of the products we offer are made to order. It means any items our customers ordered are made and customized for them. As soon as an order placed, we get to work making the product so we don’t keep anything in stock. For that reason, we don’t offer any returns. The only returns that we will accept are if the product is damaged or if there is a defect. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately up to 7 days after your item has been delivered if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to provide us a photo of the item’s condition and the order number with receipt. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please contact us at Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your case, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
